Flecainide induced wide QRS tachycardia
Jin Eun-Sun

Abstract
Medical treatment for paroxysmal atrial fibrillation (AF) is often limited by complications caused by antiarrhythmic agents. Flecainide is a class Ic agent that causes wide QRS tachycardia in some cases. Here, we present a case in which several complications from anti-arrhythmic agents were experienced, including wide QRS tachycardia causing presyncope and dizziness during treatment of paroxysmal AF.
